We want to continuously improve what we do and we know that to do that we need to ask you what you think about us

Our 2014 workforce survey told us how very important it is to our staff and volunteers that they make a difference they make to peoples’ lives.

A typical comment is “I am here because I want to help clients”.

We are proud of this level of commitment, and feel confident that this reflected in the quality of the service we provide. Our 2014 client survey told us that 99% of people who use our service are happy with the service they received and 98% would recommend Citizens Advice East Hampshire to someone else.

We know that the lives of more than 60% of our clients are negatively affected by their problems, with some feeling that they are in crisis. Our survey showed that we were able to resolve or help resolve most of our clients’ problems, and we will continue to work in the best interests of anyone who comes to us for help.
